You can see the estimated arrival dates of your order during checkout.

To calculate the estimated arrival dates, we add the time it takes to process your order before it ships plus the time it takes to arrive at your shipping address after it leaves our warehouse.

Most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. It may take up to 1 business day for your information to be posted on the carrier's website from the date your order is shipped. We're sorry, at this time we cannot provide tracking information for international shipments.

Please note: 
HomeinteriorsDepot.com does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays.

For example, your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date you see in checkout for any of the following reasons:

  • Order contains items with a longer processing time
  • Large orders that have more than 100 items may require longer processing time
  • Delivery is to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address
  • Delivery is outside the 48 continental United States
  • Delays for Canada and International orders due to customs clearance
  • Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification
  • Problems with uploaded designs or media that do not meet our recommended requirements encountered during processing of your order

Shipping Methods

HomeinteriorsDepot offers several UPS shipping methods to choose from. You will see which shipping methods are available for your shipping address during checkout.

Large orders that contain more than 100 items, that may require longer processing times will arrive the next business day after they are processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs

We calculate shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items in your order. For instance, an order that contains 2 sticker items costs less to ship than an order containing a sticker item and a framed print item.

You will see the shipping and handling charges in the cart and checkout.

Different types of product are shipped in separate packages,shipping costs will be calculated separetely, and they might be shipped in different days.

Canada & International Orders
HomeinteriorsDepot  does offer shipping to Canada and other countries outside the U.S. However, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Multiple Shipments

The items in your order may arrive in different shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on time and undamaged. Most packages are trackable via the carriers' websites. Packages that are trackable will have a 'Track' button on the Order History and Order Detail page.

Returns & Exchanges

Each product and service has it's own return policy linked with the product's feature page. Please contact us regarding any product or service without a written return policy. You can also find a general return policy on our Terms & Conditions page.

For all returned products for any reason (other than if it is our mistake), there is a 25% restocking fee plus customer is responsible for shipping and insurance for returning products. All products returned for refund must be complete and in perfect condition. Individual boxes and individual packets must be returned unopened, undamaged and new condition. All packets or units must be present for each individual box that is returned. There are no partial refunds for an individual box that is missing packets or items.

Please allow 3-7 business days, depending on what shipping method you select, for the return to be received back at our warehouse

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise, unless defective.

Reasons For Restocking Fee

Warehouse & Administrative costs associated with processing, inspecting, repackaging, & handling a return.
Packaging that is defaced with writing, marker or tape.
Products that have missing parts, instructions or packaging materials.
Torn or ripped manufacturer boxes.
Scratched or damaged merchandise.
